Steps form what can be thought of as ideal an way to beautify the outdoors as any other item for that matter on your property renovation agenda. Items which can certainly be used in the actual construction of the garden steps can vary widely from such materials as round-cut logs to concrete, brick or stone.
The standard size for your garden steps should be the same as for outdoors   steps, especially in areas commonly used. The tread should be a good 10 inches of depth and the elevation should also be about 7 1/2 inches. Keeping to these guidelines will be essential for the long term durability of your steps.
